A collection of originals written and recorded entirely with open tuned guitars, this album was put together over four months with band 'One Day'... Andrew Jackson, Barb McFarlane, Tracey Hedger and Tim Hackett. Inspired by 'Every Picture Tells Story' I wanted a relaxed, honest feel with lots of ambience. Plenty of steel guitar and mandolin was heading in the right direction but lap steel ended up being the signature sound... sometimes the best laid plans!
